PrintHut.co.uk have recently gotten involved with one of our favorite clients, Kuoni Travel UK, as they fundraise for two excellent charities, BLISS and The Neuroblastoma Society. The challenge is called the Travel Trade Crusade and is to take a £500 car and drive it across 5 countries, all the while taking part in bizarre challenges whilst trying not to get stranded in some desolate land!
So how are PrintHut.co.uk getting involved, I hear you ask?
We’ve donated tons of large format printing and have taken on any design the team Kuoni Crusades were after! We printed and wrapped the finished vehicle they’ll be travelling in, ready for its long journey. The team has been fighting over ideas they wanted to be printed onto self-adhesive vinyl, from Safari animals to flames!
So how does this all work?
Once the Crusade team and our own designers at PrintHut.co.uk agreed on designs, we turned these ideas from drawings to reality using large format printing. The designs were then stuck on the sides and roof of the designated car, ready to be paraded around the 5 countries.

But it wasn’t just the car we got involved in! Kuoni asked us to design a pop-up roller banner that people could stick their heads through, like at the fairground. Of course, our first reaction was to make it as crazy as possible, and I think we did just that!
Overall, Kuoni raised over £1500! Nice job guys!
